Perstorp is looking for a candidate who wants to develop and raise the level of Cybersecurity in a global chemical group.

You will report to the Global IT Infrastructure Manager of the Perstorp Group and be part of the Perstorp Group IT Management team as well as leading the Perstorp Cybersecurity team. You will also coordinate Cybersecurity across the Perstorp Group.

Focus for 2023 and 2024 will be coordination of implementing the Cybersecurity framework (based on NIST) used by Perstorp´s owner PETRONAS (new owner since October 2022). Cybersecurity is a highly prioritized matter in the PETRONAS Group.

Your main responsibilities will be to

• Develop and maintain Cybersecurity for the Perstorp Group
• The scope of Cybersecurity will be IT and in the future planned to include OT
• Develop and maintain awareness measures improving the “Human Firewall”
• The role requires close cooperation with:
  • The Cybersecurity team
  • OT-security and Perstorp Operations sites
  • Digital Office, Group Legal, Procurement, and Responsible Care
  • PETRONAS Group Cybersecurity

You will also;

• Improve, develop and maintain Perstorp Information Security Lead System reflecting and aligning the frameworks used by PETRONAS
• Manage Cybersecurity and information security breaches, and assist in other types of security related incidents
• Supervise and conduct internal Cybersecurity and Information security audits, audits of new services and products as well as assisting external audits

Qualifications

• Cybersecurity and Information Security
• Demonstrated experience with one or more IT security processes such as: Vulnerability management, Network security (email, web, firewall, IPS/IDS, NTA) , Endpoint security, Cloud security, Web APP Security, Cyber Security Investigation & Intelligence tools (OSINT), Penetration testing (scoping, reviewing/remediating findings), Incident management
• Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure
• Practical experience in using Microsoft cloud security stack
• Frameworks like the NIST, ISO 27000 and similar
• Project and process management
• Perform, develop and promote awareness training
• Writing policies and guidelines
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
