We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for our sales team based at Mumbai Office. 

In this role you are actively supporting sales operations in the region, by coordinating the sales and other related activities for the region. You report directly to our Commercial Director India.

Work assignments

• Import and export data analysis on monthly basis to understand market scenario, competition activity, customer buying pattern and identify new customers.
• Carry out all marketing activities like participating in trade shows, events, publish advertisements, technical articles in relevant magazines etc.
• Customer mapping for both direct customers and secondary sales, compile data based on monthly report from distributors.
• Salesforce super user, create relevant reports
• Ensure all rebates and commission are updated in system and paid out on time
• Create, maintain and upkeep the agreements distributors , channel partners, vendors etc.
• Assist sales team for sampling activities.
• Will act as a first point of contact for new customers.
  

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of managing the Salesforce or similar ERP for data management.
• Exposure to Business analyst will be added advantage
• Proficiency in usage of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language, both written and oral for proof reading etc.
