Project Manager Innovation - Animal Nutrition
(Fulltime)

What will you be doing?
As a Project Manager Innovation for Perstorp Animal Nutrition, you will manage high-potential innovation and development projects in the field of animal gut health and feed preservation. In a rapidly evolving and consistently growing B2B market, you will be a part of the Marketing & Technology team where the atmosphere is open and flexible, and the way of working is creative and engaging. You will collaborate with various teams including sales, product, and regulatory experts.

Principle accountabilities:

• Creating, executing, and finalizing project work within set time and cost frames in line with business demands
• Defining project scope, objectives, project organization, required resources, and deliverables, and proposing them to management and clients
• Proposing appropriate changes in plans based on changes in scope, project results, and/or other stakeholder input to accomplish project deliverables
• Building and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders both within Animal Nutrition and outside, e.g., Perstorp Innovation/Lab, R&D partners, and customers
• Providing technical content for product management/marketing
• Generate ideas for new products and applications based on customer needs, competitive environment, and market trends. Stay updated with scientific developments in the feed additive space
• Set up external product verification trials, contribute to customer and technical support, and make presentations at seminars, webinars, and conferences
• Operate within company policies, health and safety procedures, and implement reporting procedures to ensure transparency and accountability

What do we expect from you?

You have an MSc or PhD in agricultural or veterinary sciences or a related field, with substantial experience in the feed additives or related industries. Furthermore, you should have a proven track record in managing complex R&D projects within the agricultural industry, demonstrating strong project management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver high-value solutions. Additionally, you should hold excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, be a collaborative team player, and have a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

You will work closely together with the Global Marketing Team, Technical Managers, Project Managers and our Regulatory Team. Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced colleagues with a wide array of nationalities. You will be a part of the Perstorp Animal Nutrition team with a little over 100 colleagues that all represent this market segment for Perstorp.
