Product Manager 
Milling Optimization and Feed Preservation
(Full-time)

Help us shape the Future of Moisture Management in Animal Nutrition. Are you passionate about driving growth and creating value in the feed milling and preservation market? Do you thrive where customer insight, commercial strategy, and technical expertise meet? Join Perstorp’s Animal Nutrition team as our new Product Manager, leading the global strategy for Milling Optimization (80%) and Feed Preservation (20%), with a strong focus on moisture management solutions like Prosid™ Pellet Pro.

What will you be doing?
As Product Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute product strategies that capture market opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and align with business priorities.

• Position moisture management solutions such as Prosid™ Pellet Pro as key value drivers for customer profitability and efficiency.

• Partner with global sales teams to identify new opportunities, win business, and build strong customer relationships.

• Drive commercial growth by developing impactful marketing initiatives, success stories, and tailored communication that differentiate our solutions.

• Lead innovation efforts with a market-first mindset, ensuring new developments translate into commercial success and sustainable growth.

What you’ll bring?

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in agricultural sciences, feed manufacturing technology, or related fields.
• Proven experience in feed additives, feed milling operations, or feed hygiene/preservation.
• A strong track record in product management, combining technical depth with commercial acumen.
• Strong technical knowledge in feed moisture management, mould inhibition, feed hygiene.
• Ability to translate technical insights into compelling commercial propositions and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages in a plus.
• A proactive, customer-oriented mindset with strong project management and relationship-building skills.
